Terms of use

The pilot

My Orbit is run by Mena Automation (Mena Automation (company registration in progress)), United Arab Emirates. It is in an invite-only pilot. It may change, pause or stop, and there is no service level guarantee.

Who can use My Orbit

You must be 18 or older and invited to the pilot. Use My Orbit for yourself, or for your company within your authority.

Your content

What you write stays yours. We use it only to run My Orbit for you, as described in the privacy notice. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, Anthropic may not use it to train its AI models, and we do not use it to train any model.

AI output

Replies, plans, reminders and drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them.

Drafts

Your agent can write drafts of emails, messages, replies and posts. My Orbit never sends them. When you approve a draft, you copy it or open it in your own email app and send it yourself, so you are responsible for what you send.

My Orbit is for running your own day and work. Do not use it to:

• break the law of the United Arab Emirates or of the place where you are, or Anthropic's Usage Policy, which applies because Anthropic runs the AI;
• harm, harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone, or to write spam, scams or phishing messages;
• create sexual content involving minors, content that promotes terrorism or violence, or help make weapons, malware or other means of serious harm;
• get around the agent's safety rules, for example by asking it to ignore its rules, reveal its instructions, or act on someone else's data;
• enter other people's sensitive information (for example health, finances or ID numbers) unless you have the right to;
• overload, scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing AI product.

The agent can be wrong. Check its answers with a qualified person before you rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other important decisions.

How we enforce these rules. There are daily usage limits for each account and for My Orbit as a whole. When the AI declines a request, we record the kind of request, never its text. If a reply worries you, use "Report this reply" under it; the report records which reply and why, never a copy of it. We may warn you, limit your use, or suspend or end your account if you break these rules. Anthropic may also act on misuse its own systems detect. To tell us about misuse, write to privacy@myorbit.ae.

Leaving

You can export your data and delete your account at any time on the Your data page. The privacy notice says what remains afterwards and for how long.
